Pamela Munson stands behind the integrity, craftsmanship and quality of our brand.

You may return new, unused accessories in their original condition for a refund to your original form of payment within 14 days and a store credit within 30 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping and restocking fees.  After 30 days, we will not accommodate a return or exchange.  We are happy to accommodate price adjustments within two weeks of purchase.  All items bought on sale or with a promotional code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  All custom items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
